Led product design team increating features for web and mobile CRM applications. Drove UX strategy, design operations, and the creation of a design system.
Led several teams in the design of web and mobile experiences for consumer banking products, including new products such as the bank's AI-driven virtual assistant (Erica.)
Created interactive advertising and landing pages for the Communications and Advertising Team (FCA). Created animated and interactive demos and tutorials for educational and marketing purposes.
Spearheaded the transformation of existing digital products into modern, engaging and user-friendly experiences for advised clients. Led the design of the first-ever mobile app for Merrill Advisors.
Headed up team of 16 designers, project managers and researchers in overhauling Anthem's aging web experience.
