The Total Expert Platform was primarily built as a desktop application. However, the Loan Officers who use it (or that we’d like to encourage to use it) are away from their laptops at least 30% of the time.

We wanted to propose a streamlined mobile experience, specifically for loan officers, where the tasks they most often do away from their desks (create and track leads, text with borrowers, review contact details and referral partnerships) are easily available to them.
